The Anstey Residents Group have held discussions with a planning consultant with a view to being advised and represented by a professional with specific planning expertise, and who is acquainted with the area. To this end we are undertaking a fund-raising initiative to cover his fees and other sundry expenses.

Whilst there is no guarantee of a successful outcome of this strategy, we feel that our chances of successfully objecting to the proposed plans for a supermarket and petrol station are substantially increased with specialist planning advice on board.
